Having seen lots of videos from Useless boxes, I found it time to build one of my own. This machine is build as a sort of fidget toy, which turns itself of when you turn it on. These machines look like they have their own mind, and what to mind their own business inside the box they are in. 

For this design, I wanted it to be hand held and small. As small as I could make it. So after sourcing some parts, it was time to make a design in SolidWorks. This design needed to be fully 3D printable and fit all parts. 

After some designing and printing the parts came out very nicely and everything fitted together resulting in a small Useless Box for fidgeting around.

There is one this left in this project, which is implementing a small spring which automatically closes the lid.
